She was built out of two dun barges, a bridge added and two engines to power her along. Subritzky Shipping later added a third engine. As freight, fuel and stock are carried on this vessel, the journey takes longer than [[Sealink]]’s primary passenger services. On 6th August [[Sealink]] announced the return of the rebuilt vessel [[Seamaster]]. The vessel,
previously known as the M. N. Subritzky returned to service on Saturday 11th August.
The FreightLink-branded vessel returned after six weeks with a new streamlined hull
resulting in a sleeker, more fuel-efficient ship. A new ramp with lifting gear has also
been fitted and mufflers have been installed, resulting in a more comfortable experience
for customers.
