Artworks : Location address: 2 Korora Rd Oneroa

Artworks Waiheke Island is a community arts and cultural centre in Oneroa, developed from what was once a Mitre 10 timber outlet owned by Tony Pope. It was bought by Auckland City Council in 2003 for $2 million. The Mitre 10 branch was moved to Ostend and subsequently changed to a Placemakers store.

Artworks over the years has served as a great community asset and arts and cultural hub.

Among its facilities are the Waiheke Library, the Waiheke Community Art Gallery, the Waiheke Community Cinema, Artworks Theatre, Waiheke Radio, Ajadz Indian restaurant, Tanya Batt's Once Upon an Island Story Centre, the office of the Waste Resource Trust, the Waiheke Visitor Information Centre and Whittaker's Musical Experience.

In November 2008 a draft strategic plan for the site was released with the vision proposed to be:

"an arts and cultural centre that serves the local community and reflects Waiheke Island's unique identity, by providing a place for the exchange of ideas and community participation in a range of activities".

The plan sets out five strategic objectives:

* continuing to develop Artworks as an arts and cultural centre that reflects, and is supported by the local community
* supporting the local community by providing opportunities for their participation in arts and cultural activities
* attracting visitors through arts and cultural activities
* recognising and promoting Artworks as part of council's network of facilities and venues
* maximising opportunities for integration between Artworks and the new Waiheke community library.

The draft will become final mid 2009 where action points and development plans will be implemented.

* Fr/Sa 16/17Apr 8-9:30pm: <b>Guitar & Gloves</b>: a gorgeous duet of guitar and lyrical contemporary dance. Dancer-choreographer Jennifer De Leon has performed throughout NZ and around the world: recent performances including Tempo, the Auckland Dance Festival 2008 and as a key presenter/performer at the Int'l Australasian Association for Theatre, Drama & Performance Studies (ADSA) Conference in Perth in 2008. Kevin Timm is South African-born and brings to his music a spaciousness reminiscent of the vast African veldt. This combination of Jennifer’s dance and Kevin’s music tells of a ‘synchronous serendipity’ as the two artistes have choreographed, composed and woven their expressions together. It is suitable for all ages! Five works comprise the program, closing with “Somewhere over the Rainbow” with whimsy and grace. * Th29Apr - Sat01May: <b>Ngā Manurere</b> follows Manawa’s (Nicola Kawana) journey to reconnect with the son Morehu (Pana Hema-Taylor) she gave up through whangāi. Supported by her closest friends Wai (Keisha Castle-Hughes), Rina (Lana Garland) and Jess (Renee Maihi) who are all single mothers, the women are tied together by roots and friendship; but each secretly harbors her own view on Manawa and the son to whom she is a stranger. At once funny and shocking, the play explores the everyday experience of being a solo mum with honesty and humor. It also reveals a terrible truth that exposes the danger of emotional silence. @ Artworks Community Theatre
The Little Day In is a fundraising event for local organisation The Friends of the Street. It has in past years also been part of Auckland City's Music In the Parks summer concerts, The Little Day In takes its name from a play on the "Big Day Out". LDI is usually held in the Onetangi Sports Park.

In 2010 the seventh annual Little Day In disassociated itself from Auckland City after the previous year only having been provided with $500 from Auckland City. The event had traditionally been a fundraiser for the community group. Friends of the Street relocated the event to the grounds outside of The Woolshed at the Dirt Track.

The lineup of all Waiheke acts for 2010 was: Arli Liberman, Andy Blue, DJ R.G. Bargy, Feigned Innocence, Inner Groove Percussion, Jay B.

Helen Elscot ND, MNZAMH has been a qualified medical herbalist, naturopath, homoeopath, nutritionist, and iridologist for the past ten years and is a member of The New Zealand Association of Medical Herbalists . As a consulting health practitioner, Helen uses her experience and expertise to help families and individuals improve their health and wellbeing by using foods and natural medicines.

Helen enjoys treating infants, children and adults.

She specialises in:

* ECZEMA AND ALLERGIES
* DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS
* IMMUNE SUPPORT
* HORMONAL IMBALANCES
* WEIGHT LOSS AND DETOX
* CHRONIC AND ACUTE CONDITIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
Helen graduated from the Perth Academy of Natural Therapies with an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy in 2001 and was presented with the National Herbalists Association of Australia's award for outstanding herbal medicine clinical practise. She ran her own practise in Denmark, Western Australia, for four years before moving to Waiheke Island in 2005.

As a yoga teacher, Helen's 2001 study on the effects of yoga practise on hope and optimism in women residing in maximum security prisons formed the basis of her dissertation, "The effect of yoga on hope and optimism" and is widely referred to as one of a handful of qualitative studies executed worldwide.

Helen went on to work and study under Ricki Anderhuber, one of the pioneers of herbal medicine in Australia at the South Perth Naturopathic Clinic . It was here she cultivated her passion for herbal medicine, the protection of endangered species and the use of alternatives in a sustainable practise.

As part of her ongoing commitment to research and continuing education, Helen participated in the American Botanical Councils' research expedition in 2004, held in conjunction with the Amazon Centre for Environmental Education and Research, to Peru, South America studying botanical medicine and indigenous knowledge from the Amazon and Andes.

Helen's research led to publications in the Australian Journal of Herbal Medicine , "From plant to pill: A review of intellectual property rights, patent law and biodiversity", and "Botanical medicine of Peru: Pharmacy in the rain forest".

Helen is also a food and health writer who has had regular columns in the Sunday Star-Times and is currently the health columnist for the Waiheke Weekender on Waiheke Island. She is an experienced lecturer in health sciences and an engaging public speaker.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
A naturopathic consultation with Helen is built around listening to an individual's health story. During an initial one-hour consultation, an in-depth case history is taken, including detailed medical, diet and exercise history, as well as lifestyle and occupational habits to gain a holistic appraisal of a person's health. At its conclusion, a treatment plan, which may include herbal medicine, homoeopathy or nutrition, is recommended and discussed. It's important to note that plans must reflect the person's goals, abilities, and limitations. One size does not fit all!

Follow-up consultations gauging the changes in a person's health concerns generally last thirty minutes. Their frequency is dependent on each individual case although, generally, Helen likes to see new patients fortnightly.
With the exception of a few protected pages, almost every page on Waihekepedia can be edited.

You cannot however edit a page without a valid user account.
How do I know the difference?
Every page that is editable will have a link along the top of the main content area that says "edit". Pages that are locked for editing will be substituted with a "View source" tab.

Where are the edit links
You will find the main edit link as a page tab, above the content area of a page. On pages that have headings and subheadings, you will also find an "[edit]" link next to the heading to edit that particular subsection of the page. The edit links let you do exactly that: edit an entire page or single section within a page.

This page has three edit links. Can you find them?

You will find the main edit link between the "discussion" and "history" tabs above and one next to each subheading.

Editing is a unique feature of wikis. Wiki's enable people to edit web pages right from within the web page itself. In this tutorial we will look at the most basic steps required to begin editing pages on the wiki and make our first edit to a special page called the User page.

I'd love to contribute to Waihekepedia, but firstly i'd like a more concrete statement about what license my content would be covered by/under. This page: Waihekepedia:General disclaimer suggests that you're using the GFDL, but it also seems pretty much the stock page that comes with a MediaWiki install. Will content in Waihekepedia be licensed under the GFDL or could the community also consider using the the CC-By-SA license instead that is used by many similar projects, notably WikiTravel? Personally I think that the CC-BY-SA is more in line with this kind of project and it would be good to think/discuss this in a bit more detail first before too much content is entered. Countrymike 11:08, 31 August 2007 (NZST)

Well Country Mike - we'll obviously have to educate ourselves about the differences between the two licenses.

GFDL

CC by SA ? all I can find out is that it must be some variation of the Creative Commons license

Creative Commons

Can you help clarify this for everyone please ?

Licensing for Waihekepedia - Discussion
Well... ok, here we go (again)I guess... :-) but it's important stuff if we're really a "community" because the community may actually be much larger than us in the short and hopefully the long term and getting the licensing right at the start helps sustain the type of information we're gathering, aggregating, creating here and can make that information freely available for as wide a use as possible. There are two licenses used for textual works that embody what is called 'copyleft', the GFDL which the wiki is currently using but perhaps just by default as the MediaWiki software that runs this wiki is essentially a product of Wikipedia (which uses the GFDL), and the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike license, commonly referred to as CC-By-SA. Wikipedia uses the GFDL but primarily because when Wikipedia started there was no other option; the Creative Commons wasn't around yet. The GFDL is not a very good license for content of the nature of a Wikipedia, but it was all they had at the time so now they're pretty much stuck with it. A better license is perhaps the CC-By-SA, which you can see here: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/

For a more detailed look at perhaps why these licensing issues are important it might be worth taking a look at the Free Cultural Works Definition and seeing whether the values of Waihekepedia align. Also take a look at the Wikitravel site's explanation of their licensing: http://wikitravel.org/en/Wikitravel:How_to_re-distribute_Wikitravel_content

One of the difficulties with the GFDL is that is requires that texts that are printed out be printed out with a copy of the license -- which is about 10 pages of semi-legalese ramblings, which doesn't make much sense for small articles that you may want in an information center in Artworks. The CC-By-SA is really designed more for this type of content, whereas the GFDL is originally for larger software documentation.

As you might have guessed I've got a bit of experience in this Wiki thing -- it's pretty much one of my great passions in life and you've just managed to beat me to the punch on creating one for Waiheke, so if you'd prefer to have a chat about all this in the Lazy Lounge say, then i'd be keen on that as well and I may know a few others ... not that I know who you are because you haven't filled in your user page and you don't sign your posts ;-) Countrymike 15:01, 31 August 2007 (NZST)

The Creative Commons is working with Te Whāinga Aronui The Council for the Humanities to create New Zealand jurisdiction-specific licenses from the generic Creative Commons licenses. We could be one of the first sites to use the new NZ Ported CC-By-SA and possibly participate in the process. How will the few people who are currently on participating on the wiki come to some concensus on these types of decisions? It doesn't seem like something to just "be bold" about, but it's important to get it sorted at the start and make people aware of the license that their content is under. Currently it's a bit hidden. Countrymike 08:32, 1 September 2007 (NZST)

Morena Countrymike, I'd love to have a chat and The Lazy Lounge seems as good a place as any. I am guessing that at the moment you are not in the possession of a Tardis and as I see you posted at 3am that you are still away. Also Dalek Snowden's presence on the island for his mayoral campaign may make landing a Tardis near the Lazy Lounge somewhat dangerous at the moment.

In the interim would it pay to remove the licensing section. Yes it is the standard mediawiki install. If it is your esteemed recomendation that we should adopt CC then I am prepared to put it to the vote.

When I came up with the idea of waihekepedia the last thing on my mind was something I owned. This has to be owned by the people of Waiheke. Let us just say that we are guardians of the project until such time as an entity evolves that can take it over on behalf of the community.

Feel free to email me at onetnagi@gmail.com, I'd give you my 1-800 number but it appears broken.

Tihare 10:04, September 1, 2007 (NZST)

:Tihare: I'd recommend that we do go with the CC-By-SA license and i can talk a bit more why over a flat white at some point. My timestamps are off because i'm currently in the US on a bit of a holiday but will be back later next week. We can keep a watch on when the license is ported for NZ then move to that... be one of the first... that would be great. There is a way to add a license note to all pages on MediaWiki it's a setting somewhere in Localsetting.php or somewhere I seem to remember but when I get back I'll look into it a bit more and help draft some stuff on it. If we do move to CC-By-SA it also means that I can bring over some of the wiki newbie tutorials that I've worked on at WikiEducator to help people get their feet wet in the wiki environment. I'd also be keen to see if we could arrange some free workshops; i've recently run one for a number of Pacific Island educators, teaching them how to use MediaWiki and it went down a charm. We have started a project on WikiEducator called Wiki Pasifika (see: http://www.wikieducator.org/Wiki_Pasifika) for them. Anyways, obviously I'm excited about the project ... i've had my own little page on Waiheke going for some time on Auckland.Wiki (see: http://auckland.wiki.org.nz/Waiheke_Island) but one dedicated to Waiheke is a great idea. Countrymike 14:48, 1 September 2007 (NZST)

Wow Mike - let me just say first off how delighted we all are to have your input - forgive my non signed posts (lack of experience) and empty user page (lack of time so far) - I'm getting to grips with the etiquette etc slowly and thanks also for your input on licensing - I concur with Tihare and yourself and look forward to a Lazy Lounger catch up Cheers bruced
Time for a captcha?
spam seems to be increasing quite steadily -- which could be read as a somewhat good sign I suppose -- someone's paying attention. Is it time to install a captcha? bruce? anyone against it? it can make getting an account a bit more difficult. Countrymike 20:29, 9 October 2007 (NZDT)
:I don't have a problem with a captcha, although there should be a mechanism for blind users to email someone to request an account. However, the spam is low volume so far, so I'm not sure if its a bot or a person.

:Given the response times to spam so far, we'd be in real trouble if a bot started pumping out several pages a second. The solution to this would be to have a lawbot watching for excessive edit rates and blocking any such account until an admin can investigate. As far as I know, there is no such feature built in to MediaWiki, but there are such bots running on Wikipedia and we could probably borrow one. However, database structures have changed over the years, and I don't know if a current bot will run correctly on such an old version of MediaWiki.

::I'd also kind of prefer to avoid if it's still maintanable. I've seen on wikieducator just how much of a barrier they can be to newbies, so i'd still prefer to not to have to implement if we can avoid it. Countrymike 22:07, 9 October 2007 (NZDT)

:Is there any procedure set up to become an admin here? I'd like to be more effective than just blanking spam pages.-Gadfium 21:37, 9 October 2007 (NZDT)

:Gadfium: I've made you sysop. I've known Gadfiums work and contributions to Wikipedia for a long time and can vouch for his being added to the Sysop group. Countrymike 22:07, 9 October 2007 (NZDT)

::I'm happy to wait for a discussion to take place. I've added a note to my user page on Wikipedia in case there's any doubt that I'm the same editor.-Gadfium 22:13, 9 October 2007 (NZDT)

Hey all - I agree with the captcha as the spam is getting annoying - however I have tried the two extensions available and cant get either of them working - mostly because we are running an older version of Mediawik - it may have to either wait until we upgrade or may requrie someone with more technical expertise with Wikis than me. What I have done in the interim as add a javascript confirm to the registration screen to hopefully stop bots registering - if anyone is getting through that it most likely will be a person = welcome to Gadfium as adminBruced
:Unfortunately my admin status was removed after three minutes. I presume that there will be a discussion about me amongst the founders of this site and I'll hear eventually about whether I'm considered suitable. If I can provide any information to help the process, please let me know.-Gadfium 13:41, 10 October 2007 (NZDT)

: Yea, mines been removed too... apparently for making Gadfium a sysop but the mysterious User:Operator user has left no real reason why i was desysopped. I'd like to be reinstated if possible. I've had enough recently of community projects being dictated to as if they weren't. Countrymike 13:54, 10 October 2007 (NZDT)

I see Gadfium and CountryMike are back as sysops which is how things should be - saves me having to reinstate them myself - it's a community project people (to anyone listening) - if you've been paying attention to the internet's development you will have noticed that any attempt to censor or dictate usually just results in re-routing to avoid the obstacle. Lets all play nice :-) Bruced 15:43, 11 October 2007 (NZDT)

Three Legged Horse were an edgy alt-country band formed in 2007. The band consisted of Aaron Carpenter, Gina Higham (also of band Swoon) and Bede Taylor (formerly of Clench). Their first live gig was for the Waiheke Radio fundraiser and earned some acclaim in the following review in the Gulf News. The band recorded one album, "Down" which was released in April 2009. This debut release can be downloaded from the band's website here: http://www.threeleggedhorse.net and is also available at the Waiheke Wine Centre for purchase.

Countrymike:

Waiheke wastewater is treated and disposed on-site. There has been pressure towards reticulation, but the community has resisted this.

There are a number of different systems which can be used to treat wastewater to different levels. The treated wastewater is then applied to the land where the water and nutrients can be beneficially reused (remembering that Waiheke has a restricted water supply, due to the use of rainwater tanks for collection). Traditionally septic tanks were used and these are perfectly adequate under many conditions, achieving full treatment of the wastewater in combination with a drainage field (soakage field). They do suffer if undersized, or if too much greywater is introduced (e.g. from automatic washing machines), or if the drainage field is not well-located, designed and installed. Also the indiscriminate use of household chemicals can cause failures.

Due to some instances of poor perfomance, most new dwellings now need to install a secondary treatment system, which is typically an AWTS (see below). Secondary treatment effectively brings the treatment that would be achieved in the soil into the treatment system, so that dripline irrigation can be used and so that poor soils and high water tables are less of a problem and there is less risk of ground or surface water contamination. It is important to note that an AWTS still contains an initial septic tank, so the same problems as described for septic tanks can occur, leading to costly maintenance issues and under-performance.

Some other system designs are also available which do not contain a septic tank stage, or which use a more resilient process, often at higher cost unfortunately. However, capital expenditure can be dwarfed by maintenance costs when systems are poorly designed, specified, installed or operated, so they may represent a better option in the long run. Many of these systems use less power as well. In some cases (e.g. large sections) it is still possible to install a conventional septic tank and when designed properly, they are not an inferior system.

In 1999 Tony Storey a former Radio New Zealand employer who was living on Great Barrier Island placed an ad in the Gulf News looking for people to help him begin broadcasting on Waiheke Island. Storey was broadcasting on Great Barrier Island on a commercial frequency and wanted to create a small network of radio stations to cover the Hauraki Gulf and the coastal areas of greater Auckland to compete with radio broadcasters in Auckland. His plan required establishing The Beach FM, as it was called, on Waiheke, Kawau, and Great Barrier Islands. His initial setup of The Beach on Waiheke was broadcast from a caravan near the Waiheke airfield, a high point on the island, and had the transmitter attached to the top of the hanger for maximum coverage. The station was mostly aimed at playing music and transmission reached into Auckland radios along the southern shorelines, or even into housing located on the higher points of the North Shore. Storey's attempt to create a competitive gulf radio network failed to raise enough money to support any employees or even Storey himself and he eventually sold the station to another Waiheke resident, Charlie Hraske, in 2002.

Hraske managed to garner a small income through advertising to keep The Beach running on Waiheke but still not enough to pay for any permanent staff or any of the presenters. Hraske loved the idea of radio on the island, had regular weekly meetings about station affairs, and had a regular salesperson on board. Most, if not all, presenters were volunteers and the station started to include more current affairs and local news than previous stations. In August of 2004 Hraske and three station volunteers established the Waiheke Radio Community Trust to “provide an accessible community based broadcasting service to help fulfil the cultural, educational, and social needs of the residents of Waiheke Island” (Waiheke Community Radio Trust, 2004). This organization lay dormant until the idea was revisited in 2008 as the basis for establishing Waiheke Radio. Hraske eventually sold the station on again later in 2004 to long time Auckland radio personality Barry Jenkins. At this time The Beach was broadcasting on a commercial frequency, 99.4 FM, that had been gained in the government tender process by Tony Storey.

Jenkins' tenancy at the helm of The Beach lasted for two years but ultimately resulted in the end of the Beach FM brand. There were few if any advertisers on board and the reputation of the station within the community had diminished, with most considering the station as a place where people went to have a good time and indulge in their particular taste of music on-air - not necessarily to make good radio. Apart from the weekend Island Life show that had originated with Bob Mansell in the caravan days of The Beach, there was little variation in the content which consisted mostly of specialist music shows and the station had minimal community involvement besides irregular appearances at the yearly Christmas parade. As the station was being run as a commercial enterprise Auckland City charged commercial fees for the rent of the studio in Artworks in Oneroa. This cost eventually caught up with Jenkins and he attempted to relocate the station to his garage, a move that was unpopular with most presenters and which essentially signaled the end of The Beach. The frequency was auctioned off by the Radio Spectrum Management Group in May of 2008 for the sum of $380,000, an amount well out of reach of Jenkins or any group based on Waiheke Island for that matter.

The station broadcast on 99.4 fm or on 107 fm for the Palm Beach and Onetangi areas.

Every May, to mark NZ Music Month, The Beach presents Live On The Beach, a series featuring Waiheke musicians playing live in our studio. The series was started in 2003 and proved so popular it became an annual event. Throughout the history of Live On The Beach we have tried to showcase musicians who don't get the opportunity to perform in front of a audience on the Island whether it be because of their age, or because they are playing music that doesn't fit the solo acoustic blues format favoured by many of the local venues. Most of these performances have been recorded, and many are now available to listen to on the internet or download. In 2006 The Beach launched its very own music awards, The Alternatuis. Arising from concerns that mainstream NZ music awards had become predictable and lacking in adventurousness we decided to take action. The Alternatuis are given to NZ musicians that we feel deserve acclaim but aren't receiving it. The judging criteria for the awards are a strictly guarded secret but are rumoured to be completely subjective. Even the award categories change from year to year.

Winners of the 2006 Alternatuis, who didn't know until after the awards were made that they had been in the running, included Steve Abel, Dudley Benson, Chris Knox and The Mint Chicks. At least two of these artists subsequently placed Alternatui winner stickers on the front of their CD releases.
The station was mostly aimed at playing music and again transmission reached into Auckland radios along the southern shorelines, or even into housing located on the higher points of the North Shore. Storey's attempt to create a competitive gulf radio network failed to raise enough money to support any employees or even Storey himself and he eventually sold the station to another Waiheke resident, Charlie Hraske, in 2002.

Hraske managed to garner a small income through advertising to keep The Beach FM running on Waiheke but still not enough to pay for any permanent staff or any of the presenters.

This cost eventually caught up with Jenkins and he attempted to relocate the station to his garage, a move that was unpopular with most presenters and which essentially signalled the end of The Beach.

The station is solely run by volunteers and makes no money. Can hardly be considered "commercial" in the sense that other businesses on the island are. Countrymike 09:39, 11 September 2007 (NZST)

Maybe so, it does however file a tax return, pay rent and have an advertising rate card, therefore it is a commercial venture. It's business processes and whether it is profitable do not come in to play. It is in essence commercial. We discussed this on the boat this morning.
Tihare 11:24, September 11, 2007 (NZST)

It's also in essence a volunteer organisation, so do we need a category for that as well? I think my issues is that the category "commercial" doesn't really do much to assist the project as a whole. It doesn't strike me as that useful a designation for the wiki. Countrymike 11:31, 11 September 2007 (NZST)

Given that everyone involved in the operation of the station (other than Barry arguably) is a volunteer I think it would be appropriate to add Clubs and Organisations as a category.

Counting The Beat

I was working on the basis that it was a business and as such te commercial category should include businesses. The other point is that it is using a commercial radio frequency. That is onepoint that will set it apart from a community station. Tihare

Chris: I think we should mention the archival function that the radio is starting to perform, particularly in light of your use of Archive.org. Te Huruhi School is Waiheke Island's original primary school located at 7 Donald Bruce Road in Surfdale. It opened in 1986. Children originally attended Waiheke Area School which is now Waiheke High School. It is a state school governed by the Ministry of Education and a school Board of Trustees. Te Huruhi follows the official New Zealand curriculum with classroom programmes designed to assist local children.

The school welcomes children in Years 1-6 and has no zone, so children from any part of Waiheke are eligible to attend. The school is an integral part of Waiheke’s close-knit community and hosts many events in the school hall and offers its swimming pool to the public over the summer holidays.

It has a roll of 423, and a decile of 5.

The Te Huruhi Way
Te Huruhi School's philosophy is based on Quality Schooling and the work of William Glasser. This philosophy supports an understanding of how to learn and behave. It also explains why behaviour problems exist and how we can begin to resolve those issues.

A Quality School:

* Is one where people are courteous and considerate
* Is one where people talk with, not at each other
* Is one where children are taught to do quality work
* Has reasonable rules which everyone agrees on because they are beneficial to the individual and the group
* Teaches self-responsibility and self-evaluation
* Is an inclusive environment where each child has opportunity to develop to their potential

‘The Te Huruhi Way’ describes how a learning community chooses to implement and teach this philosophy. ‘The Te Huruhi Way’ is underpinned by five core values.

The Five Cs are:

Caring, Co-operation, Courtesy, Courage and Commitment.

These shared values are introduced at the beginning of the school year and are promoted, taught and reviewed during the year. They are also the basis of ethical professional relationships within our school and with the wider community. Woven through each of these five values is an understanding of the consequences of individual choice.

Te Huruhi School is a CARING place, so feel safe.

* Teaches self-responsibility and self-evaluation

Have COURAGE to learn new things, and do what you know is right.

Be COMMITTED to doing your best.

Be COURTEOUS. CO-OPERATE with others.

Make good CHOICES and enjoy your achievements.
