Jet Raider

Fullers' only jet-propelled boat, the narrow mono-hull is affectionately known by some Waiheke commuters as the 'Tomb Raider', 'Vomit Comet' or 'Death Raider'. The aluminium ferry was built in 1991 by Wavemaster International Proprietary Limited, Henderson, West Australia. Tonnage: 227 gross.
It is now mainly used when the other fast ferries are out of action or on other duties. It is widely accepted as the commuters' least favourite boat and crew apologise over the tannoy if they have had to bring her onto the Waiheke run.
