Mudbrick is one of the Waiheke's best known wineries. With a Provence style eatery made of mud hewn brick. The vineyard produces its own merlot and cabernet sauvignon grapes. With its view across the harbour towards Auckland city, it has become a popular destination for Aucklanders and visitors alike.
