well... thats how it tends to work in the wiki; activity begets activity.
ps. sign your posts on talk pages with a ~~~~ ... this automates your signature and adds a timestamp with can be useful to know who is talking and how late they're staying up. ;-) Countrymike 13:04, 16 March 2008 (NZST)
Hi Rockyar
Sorry, got distracted by the birth of our beautiful baby daughter Billie. Yay. Anyway, pictures . . . Here's a typical link for an image, which includes the file name, the position left right or center, a frame if required and a caption. For example, a picture of Oneroa could be uploaded by typing or copy-and-pasting into the edit page the following:
ONLY, USE DOUBLE BRACKETS File:Etc
Then save the page, click on the link you have created and browse to where you have the picture saved. Be careful to get the picture name exactly right and include the extension .jpg
Hit upload.
Make sure your pics aren't too big in size or file size. The site tends to work better with smaller pics, say 12cm for the longer dimension. Make sure they're 72 dpi as well.
Let me know how it goes.
