The Fullers Captain's Club is a club for frequent travellers using the Fullers ferry network. Members receive discounts on travel and some food and beverages.

Waiheke monthly pass holders are also entitled to:
- Free bus travel on all Stagecoach buses in Auckland City.
- Free travel on the Waiheke Bus Company buses on Waiheke Island.
- Free transfers to and from Devonport on Fullers Ferry services.
These entitlements constitute the only integrated public transport ticketing system in Auckland, but they are discretionary: they do not involve a money transfer from the ferry pass fare to the respective other transport company. To illustrate this, in May 2005 Auckland Stagecoach drivers mounted a week-long strike disrupted travel for islanders on the mainland and Auckland bus users alike. The Auckland bus pass holders were offered compensation for the lack of service during that period, but Waiheke monthly pass holders were not. The reason was given by a Fullers spokesperson in a letter to an applicant.
