Vision Waiheke Incorporated was incorporated in July 2000.
The objects of Vision Waiheke Inc were defined as:
To participate in all processes with all authorities having jurisdiction to ensure the Neighbourhood is developed as a desirable place to live and work. The Neighbourhood was defined as the Hauraki Gulf Islands.
