Deep Low, ex tropical cyclone Funa crossing NE to NW of Nth island Sunday/Monday then moving SW has the potential to bring lots of rain to the upper nth island but Auckland may be more sheltered from the main rainfalls and passage is looking swift, Gulf islands may catch more. If close enough winds will be very strong E ~> N initially.
