Salvage is a cafe/bar and the flagship premises of [[Pendragon Mall]] in the heart of [[Oneroa]]. It has quite a history. In the early 2000s it was the centre of a controversy over its liquor licence which upstairs neighbour Wayne Myer attempted to have revoked. The ensuing and often bitter dispute saw islanders march through the main street in support of the then-co-owner of the restaurant, Hamish Burbury. Both Mr Myer and Mr Burbury subsequently left the island.

It subsequently reopened as The Hungry Pig.
