The Wanderer is a fast ferry owned by Fullers Auckland and used on mostly as a Tourist and Sightseeing boat on the Harbour Cruise and Rangitoto Island Ferry. She is also sometimes used on the Northcote/Birkenhead service. Wanderer is rarely seen on the ferry service to Waiheke Island, however if Fullers has limited capacity then Wanderer is used as backup. Wanderer is also used alongside larger sister Adventurer on the Birkenhead and Half Moon Bay ferry services.

History

Fullers purchased the Wanderer II in late 2007 from World Heritage Cruises in Strahan Tasmania for NZ$2m. She was purchased a year after Fullers bought sister ship Adventurer from World Heritage Cruises.
