- Sa14Jun: Russel Walder, Oboist: New Zealand / American composer Russel Walder blends jazz, atmospheric ambient music and Middle Eastern traditions, making his music tough to classify. On his latest CD, Rise, Walder heads even further into the ether. @ Artworks Community Theatre
- Fr20Jun: Chanson: The play begins with Linn, a young French language scholar, travelling to Paris to study. There she finds fashion, fun, trouble, and a French soul. Ultimately, through an intense identification with Edith Piaf, she discovers her future as a cabaret chanteuse. Chanson includes a mix of original and well-known songs in both French and English with piano, bass and piano accordion. It is a warm, light-hearted show, full of snappy, jazzy, well-crafted music with sublime three-part harmonies, and features Anna Rugis, Linn Lorkin and Hershal Hersher. @ Artworks Community Theatre
