This technique is a hugely beneficial tool to help you experience deep rest and relaxation and stay calm and focused throughout your day. One of the unique aspects of this technique is you can use it eyes open as well as eyes closed. You may notice you have deeper, more restful sleeps, start your day with greater clarity of mind, and solve problems quickly. You become happier and more efficient in all aspects of your life. Relationships with others improve and people don't frustrate you or irritate you like they used to. Your body becomes healthier. You notice you have more energy and are more present. The benefits are many and each person is unique in what they gain from the course.

Once you have learnt you have the technique for the rest of your life to use on your own and if you want to keep in touch with us we continue to support you with your practice with regular meetings and retreats.

The cost is $500 and we ask for a $250 deposit to secure a place.
