Graeme Hart is reported to be the richest person in New Zealand as of 2008. He lives on Waiheke Island and avoids contact to the public. It's reported that when he saved three people and a dog from a burning boat in 2007 he left the scene to avoid the media attention.NZ Herald story on the incident
