Oneroa Medical Centre is owned and managed by Piritahi Hau Ora Trust and Te Korowai Hauora O Hauraki Trust as a limited liability company. The body also provides medical services to Piritahi Clinic.
Housed in the Red Cross building in the heart of Oneroa, the medical centre shares the building with a tea bar, free library, and opportunity shop. The structure was originally built in 1948 as the island's cinema.
