Merv & Betty Crocker worked here.
Merv was a memeber of the NZ armed forces from 1940 - 1945
Merv and Betty Crocker served the Waiheke community from this
site from 1950 to 1980 by building and running a general store
nicknamed the "one stop shop" Jack Morris tok over the store
in 1980 before selling it to Kevin and Paddy Martin who sold
sly grog in the store until the mid 1980's
