Malana House, or 1 Crescent Road East, is a 3 bedroomed home which has been used in previous years as a supported home for people with learning disabilities.
Despite a shortage of reasonably priced rental accommodation on Waiheke, the house, which is owned by Housing New Zealand, has been empty for some time.
