Alan Knight is known on the island for his acting, directing, writing and beer. A brewer by day, he was for some time also manager of the Artworks Theatre. He is a member of the comic group Rogues and Vagabonds.
Waiheke Radio has an interview with Alan Knight and Alex Stone who take a lighthearted but insightful look at the 2008 campaign highlights and lowlights.
He also maintains a blog, mainly aimed against Community Board Member Nobilangelo Ceramalus's campaign to redraw the local council boundaries.
