Ongoing Events on Waiheke Island:

  • Tuesdays 3:30 - 8pm: Dramability: Cindy Peterken will be taking groups through drama classes that will include theatre games, improvisation, devising, script work, creating a character, stage fighting, mask work and more. Students must enrol for a term of lessons, and are encouraged to commit to a year's attendance to allow for more exciting planning. Each term will have a different focus and there will be at least one evening performance to put skills into practice. All students should arrive 5min before the start of the lesson and wear suitable loose clothing for moving around freely and there will be some floor work -- so no best clothes, please! Bring only a dollop of enthusiasm and a sense of humour. 6-8yo: 3:30 - 4:15; 9-13yo: 4:45 - 5:45; 14-18yo: 6:30-8:00.
